We sorry to hear that. One of the visits that you mentioned was an attempt to fix it without replacing the pump. There was a pump and the aforementioned pressure switch. But we did worked with you about prices. Because it took so long we did not include labor. The reason for 3 visits is that we don't want to just replace everything if a simple fix will work. Unfortunately, this wasn't a case where a simple fix would work.
